Buba revealed that Abu Mosaje was killed in Plateau State, in the Barkin Ladi Local Government Area. This marked a significant blow to terror groups in the region. In addition to Mosaje’s death, the same military forces arrested Babangida Usman, a notorious kidnapper and a key member of a criminal network, in Kaduna State.
The operation also led to the arrest of Timothy Yusuf, a known gunrunner, along with his son Timothy Obadiah, further disrupting the illegal arms trade. Meanwhile, in the South East, troops captured seven members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Eastern Security Network (ESN), including a notorious kidnapper and several informants.

The impressive haul included over 100 weapons, 1,953 rounds of ammunition, 35 motorcycles, and 22 mobile phones, which significantly weakened the operational capacity of the criminals involved.
