Flying Eagles Set for Katsina Camp Ahead of U-20 AFCON!

The 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations countdown is on, and Nigeria’s Flying Eagles are getting battle-ready! Guess where they’re setting up camp? Katsina! The team is heading there for the final training phase before the big showdown.

Here’s the scoop: thanks to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) locking down sponsorship from the Katsina State Government, our boys will have everything they need to sharpen their skills. That’s some solid backing!

After a short break last week, the squad is getting back together this week to turn up the heat. And trust me, they’re fired up! Last month, they squared off against Cote d’Ivoire in two friendly matches, bagging a sweet 2-0 win in one but taking a 2-0 L in the other. Undoubtedly, they’ll look to iron out the kinks before the main event.

Speaking of the main event, it will be a real test! The Flying Eagles have been drawn into Group B, where they’ll be facing Egypt, Morocco, and South Africa. Talk about a heavyweight lineup! But with seven African titles under their belt, the team knows how to handle the heat.
