The clip of Musk raising his arm in a quick, diagonal movement has sparked heated debates, with some calling it an innocent gesture and others comparing it to the infamous Nazi salute.
The rally took place at Capitol One Arena in Washington, where Musk addressed a cheering crowd of Trump supporters. In typical Musk fashion, he also downplayed the uproar, agreeing with a post that called for retiring the overuse of Nazi comparisons, saying it has lost its impact.
