I was pretty pumped when I heard him say this during a visit from His Royal Majesty, Igwe Christian Obinna Ozor, the traditional ruler of Ikenga Umulumgbe Kingdom. Dr. Mupwaya, clearly hyped about the future, emphasized how building strong relationships between electricity providers, customers, and local communities can light up the whole state—literally and figuratively.
